Darwin Open & Aussie Titles
The Darwin Open is an annual competition held at DIBV over the May Day Long Weekend. We host teams from around the NT and Australia, including Alice Springs, Palmerston and as far away as Geelong.
The competition is played over the May Day Long Weekend each year with games starting on Friday and finals being played Sunday afternoon.
This competition is open for any DIBV teams or players to enter however we strongly recommend your team already be playing in our weekly A Grade competitions before competing.

Aussie Titles is an annual competition held between centres from all over Australia including WA, NT, QLD, Victoria and occasionally SA.
This competition is usually held in September each year but can also be held in August or October depending on other national Volleyball events. The competition moves each year between WA, NT and QLD.
When NT is hosting Aussie Titles, it is held at Darwin Indoor Beach Volleyball.
This competition is open for any DIBV teams or players to enter however there is a limit to the number of teams each centre can enter. This quota is set at 2 teams per division. Often centres do not fill their quota and the available spots can be taken up by other centres who have more teams.
This is a much higher level competition than NT Titles and registrations are only approved at the discretion of DIBV management.
